Redwood, the tallest tree

- Network your mind

The tallest tree on earth, redwood lives along the coastline of California, USA.
Redwood grows up to 120m in height and has a lifespan of 2000 years or even more.
It is large enough to make 2,000 tables out of a single tree.
The tree needs hundreds of liter water to grow tall.
But California is dry in summer and it rarely rains.
Therefore high stems that are far away from the roots are difficult to get water.
Redwood is hydrated by the sea mist that blows from the beach in the morning.

There are several problems with tall redwoods.
The height is too high which makes it easy to fall down by strong winds and floods.
And the shade of high branches that obscures the sunlight is fatal to the growth of young trees.
But here we can glimpse the wisdom of redwood.
Rather than lowering the roots deep into the ground, redwoods chose to stretch around and weave with the roots of neighboring trees together.
These connected root-network support each other firmly and share nutrients with young trees to help young trees grow well.

Ask for help when you encounter something difficult to handle on your own.
Asking others for help is not something shameful.
Because the world is not a place to live alone.
In fact, we live in the country of liberty at the sacrifice of patriots and enjoy a lot of convenience through someone's hard work.
If you connect your hearts with people around you like redwood, you will be able to overcome any difficulties in life together.
